Having worked as Marketing & Communications Director for a range of businesses including Wales Millennium Centre and the Royal Forest of Dean College, plus a few years as Operations and Events Manager for Alton Towers, Caroline is used to juggling budgets, hitting deadlines and targets, and generally retaining a seriously big sense of humour.
Caroline established Aero Media and Marketing in 2006, building on twenty years experience in marketing, PR and events.
Julie has worked in marketing for about two weeks less than Caroline when they started out as bright young things together at Buxton Opera House. Since then Julie has always enjoyed managing the full marketing mix in her numerous roles in further and higher education, the arts and a conservation charity. With a passion for climbing mountains in her spare time, Julie knows about going that extra mile to reap the rewards and get results for our clients.Â Â
