Q How much should I be spending on marketing?
A First we look at what you want to achieve, we review what you are doing (and spending) at the moment, and then we can advise a plan of action - with costs. We don't suggest you allocate the same amount every year for marketing, and simply spend up to that amout - your marketing activity should be much more tailored and tactical, supporting your changing objectives.
Q Should I do the Twitter thing? How do I find the time?
A Yes, you should - but not in isolation. It should form part of your marketing activity. There are tools to help you, and we can also help take care of your tweeting for you! We also advise on other social media such as Facebook and YouTube.
Q I don't have time for marketing, but I do need to increase sales - help!
A No easy answer, but spend a little time thinking and talking to us, and we can create a plan for you, which will increase sales. Marketing should be well planned, so you do need to commit some time to get the best results. We have a "Marketing Manager" service which effectively provides you with an Marketing Manager on an outsourced basis - not on your payroll!
Q If I only do one thing what should it be?
A There's no "one size fits all" response to this, but we'd very often suggest PR - a well thought through and executed campaign can build a heightened profile for your business.
