Aero Media & Marketing is expanding

Two friends are reunited in business, 22 years after last working together.

Caroline Sanger-Davies and Julie Gough first met when they worked together at Buxton Opera House in 1990. Not only did they share an office, working on the theatre’s marketing and publicity, they shared a flat as well. Fortunately they got on very well and have remained firm friends ever since – both of them continuing to work in different marketing roles.

Following a varied career including roles at Wales Millennium Centre, the Royal Forest of Dean College and Alton Towers, Caroline formed Aero Media in 2006 and now regularly works with a wide range of businesses, helping them with their marketing and PR needs.  Clients range from award-winning Hawarden Estate Farm Shop, to Lindstrand Hot Air Balloons, and The Glynne Arms, a 200 year old pub re-opening in May 2012.

Caroline is delighted to welcome her old pal on board: “Our clients are keeping us so busy that I needed to recruit another expert onto the team. And Julie was the perfect choice because I know we work brilliantly together and I have always respected her professionally. I couldn’t think of anyone better!”

Since those first years at Buxton, Julie has worked for a number of mainly not for profit organisations, most recently the Wildlife Trust in Yorkshire.  “I’ve had to be extremely creative with very small budgets in my career” Julie explains. “I learned how to stretch my marketing spend to get the most out of it and now I’m looking forward to doing the same for the clients of Aero Media & Marketing”.

Now with two marketing professionals on board, the business is set to expand: working with more business clients and across a wider geographical area.
